The Location Of Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Jasper Goes ("Location Of"), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND/OR SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE AND/OR SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE AND/OR SERVICE. Location Of MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR SERVICE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

You acknowledge that by using My World ("the app") and LocationOf.com servers (LocationOf.com and LocOf.com) you are solely responsible for the submission of your data. The GPS locations submitted are visible to everyone until your privacy settings are appropriately set.

By downloading and using the software, you automatically accept all rules defined in the Disclaimer.
Furthermore, you must agree to download and use the software fully aware it is under protection of the creative commons 3.0 license, namely, that you may download, use and distribute the software free of charge as long as you place links and credits to the respective owner (Jasper Goes / www.jaspergoes.com) as well as the website of the "Location Of" project, www.locationof.com on any publication you make (Including but not limited to Websites, Blogs, Forums, Newspapers). Modifying and / or commercialization and sale of the product is strictly prohibited.

My World GPS Tracker ('the software') comes with no warranty at all; The creator ('Jasper') can not be held responsible and/or liable for any form of damage to your device and for any costs made using the software, datatraffic, bandwidth usage, or any at all.
The software comes as-is and may be updated on frequent base, though, may not be backward engineered and/or modified by 3rd parties. You are free to use it, but may not in any way change the contents of the package or redistribute it without prior written notice to the creator.

This license statement constitutes a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Jasper Goes - software developing individual ("Jasper Goes") for the software product ("Software"), including any software, media, and accompanying on-line or printed documentation.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONFITIONS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

If you have upgraded a version of the Software, you may use or transfer the upgrade version of the Software only in accordance with the License Agreement.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

You may not distribute, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease and sell the program. Also you may not modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the program, except to the extent and for the express purposes authorized by applicable law. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the program and for results obtained.

By setting up an account in the application, a personal webpage will automatically be created for you on the website (http://www.locationof.com/) where your GPS position will be shown and recorded. You agree to provide your personal valid working email address and to receive information and updates about the product by email. This address will also be used to confirm your account and will, coupled with a password chosen by you, be your only means of access to view, edit, remove or modify the data collected.
The application will connect to the Internet and will live to periodically send GPS locations to a server (www.locationof.com). The collected data are made publicly available, until a profile is optionally and expressly marked 'Private' from within it's settings on the website. By using this product you waive all laws on privacy and the Data Protection Act, in order to display your position on the website. You agree that the developer (Jasper Goes) is in no way liable for any damage (in whatever form and degree), costs arising from the use of this service (ex. mobile data usage), or the loss and/or abuse of personal data by third parties, including - but not limited to - GPS locations and device-specific details.

Jasper Goes makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the program software and, with respect thereto, Jasper Goes shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the program including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
Jasper Goes shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken thereunder.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
JASPER GOES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of additional disclaimer and agreements set forth at http://www.locationof.com/disclaimer/ and http://www.locationof.com/agreement/

Continued use of the application by choosing 'Accept' will be seen as your permanent acceptance of this agreement and permanent approval of the matters specified herein.
If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove Software files from your storage devices and cease to use the Software.
